Complete customer fulfilment is paramount for the TheWallNuts Wall Stickers team. That’s why we offer a no-quibble 30-day return period and a 100% satisfaction guarantee to make sure you’re completely happy with every order.

Return and Refund Process
To submit a return or refund, please complete the following steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Team using the information above
- Supply your order number, whether you’d like a refund or return and the reason why with any supporting evidence such as pictures
- Await instruction from our team on refund or return
- Returns should be submitted with 30 days of receiving your item
- All missing and damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery
- Stickers should be in their original condition and packaging
- You will be liable for any shipping costs unless an item is faulty
- Shipping costs to the value of £5.00 will be covered for faulty items
- If applicable, a 25% restocking fee may be applied
- Returns and refunds may be subject to up to a seven-day inspection period
- If conditions aren’t met, a refund or return may be declined
