Return and Refund Process

To submit a return or refund, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service Team using the information above
  • Supply your order number, whether you’d like a refund or return and the reason why with any supporting evidence such as pictures
  • Await instruction from our team on refund or return

 

 

Additional Information

  • Returns should be submitted with 30 days of receiving your item
  • All missing and damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery
  • Stickers should be in their original condition and packaging
  • You will be liable for any shipping costs unless an item is faulty
  • Shipping costs to the value of £5.00 will be covered for faulty items
  • If applicable, a 25% restocking fee may be applied
  • Returns and refunds may be subject to up to a seven-day inspection period
  • If conditions aren’t met, a refund or return may be declined
